As a relationship and sex therapist, I believe that therapy requires deep vulnerability, and my goal is to create a safe and affirming environment where clients can share all parts of themselves. I support individuals and partners in healing and growing in ways that enhance their personal and relational lives. My specialties include gender identity exploration, mismatched sexual desire, performance anxiety, relationship transitions, and navigating multicultural identities. I am a trauma-informed, sex-positive, and Kink/BDSM-aware therapist with experience working with LGBTQIA+ clients and those practicing polyamory and consensual non-monogamy.

I offer therapy in English, Spanish, and Catalan and work collaboratively with clients to support their relational and sexual wellness. I believe that the quality of our relationships deeply influences our well-being. As a relational therapist, I help clients navigate challenges, deepen self-awareness, and live more authentically.

I approach therapy with the belief that clients are the experts in their own lives. I prioritize building strong therapeutic relationships based on mutual trust and respect. My hope is that all clients feel safe, seen, and heard—and that therapy offers them a space to grow with intention.
