Staff Psychotherapist

Relationships can be difficult. Whether it is familial, romantic or platonic, each of us is the sum of all the experiences, communities, and cultures we have been involved in and around our entire lives. We often struggle to understand how to effectively communicate, as well as making and keeping connections.

I use a mixture of Experiential therapy models including Satir’s Transformational Systemic Therapy (STST), and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) from a systemic and feminist lens, to help my individual, couple and family clients process current and past events in their lives. I work with clients to focus on the emotions that motivate behavior and thoughts; helping to reframe and create more positive interaction cycles.

I am a master's degree graduate from Adler University and have completed Adler’s Certificate in Sex Therapy Training, following the American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors, and Therapists (AASECT) curriculum. I am actively gaining supervised hours to complete the AASECT Certified Sex Therapist requirements. I have an interest in working systemically around sex therapy, neurodivergence, trauma, anxiety, depression, BIPOC, LGBTQIA+ and social justice issues.
